Default Header install quick questions

Ok so I have decided I am goign to get the pacesetter LTs and ORY what else would i need for this install anything for the O2 sensor or no. Also whats the best way to remove the stock manifold bolts its a 95 with 74k and they look like they have never been removed i dont want to risk stripping the threads in the head taking them out any one have some tips for doing this.

Header gaskets are always good as are o2 extenstions.

I did the wife's last weekend. Stock manifolds that had never been off. Sprayed the bolts down with PB Blaster the night before. No problems. They don't thread out real smoothly, though. But no threads were damaged.

I bought mine off ebay brand new for $45 shipped.
Also if you're willing to spend about $45 on gaskets, percy's make a soft alumium blow-proof gasket set. I got 'em, they work great and they don't leak at all.
