Default LT4 Intake ????

dose anybody know if theres any place out there that still sells the LT4 intake manifold cuz i heard they discountinud it.

The LT4 intake simply has more aluminum ontop of the ports and is red. It will be cheaper and easier to have the material added to an LT1 intake from there it can be ported which the LT4 would require anyway. The LT4 ports and plenum are the same as the late LT1 intakes it just as more metal to seal to the taller ports on the LT4 heads.
People think it is special and flows more and all sorts of crap but they would be pretty much wrong.

I dont think he said all that. I think he was simply asking were he could get one.

What would he have learned?

I suggested welding an LT1 intake because I figured I could help him save a buck. Had I not explained myself he would have dismissed me as being wrong.
