Default LT1 running lean in closed loop only. Idles high and backfires at 3000rpms and up

I have an LT1 and the motor runs great when ever it is in open loop mode but as soon as it enters Closed loop mode the idle stays high and the car will start backfiring at 3000 rpm's and up. I have all new sensors and a tune along with brand new O2's and 32lb injectors and the fuel pressure is at 44psi and at wot it is 46. Any ideas? This is making me sick.

Just changed the PCM. And had it reflashed. No change in the way it's running.

Why don't you delete your three posts (to save from cluttering up the page) and edit the questions into one post? Since clearly they're all related.

does your fuel pressure stay consistant in closed loop?
what changes when a car goes into closed loop? i thought closed loop is when the engine runs off all the sensors. a knock sensor would cause it to pop when it cant retard timing. any codes?

The fuel pressure stays constant 44-45 psi and it is a 95 Z28. I have the 32lb injectors from accell and they have about 5000 miles on them. It acts like an ignition problem but my plugs are kinda yellow. It just started doing this. I made great horsepower before all of this happened.

it only does this after it warms up. It barley does it when it's cold but then it does it terribly when it's warm. i just put a brand new fuel pump walbro255 in + brand new accell optispark distributor. new plugs wires PCM + new flash.

Do you have a datamaster file to post? I'd be happy to check it out.

No data master file. Do you get that off a scanner. or does it have to be a Datamater.
