does anyone know the gm part# for the harness from the main wiring harness to the optispark

Not sure what year car you are talking about but here you go, these should be right.

1993-1994 optispark (non-vented)
electrical harness 12106559

1995-1997 optispark (vented)
electrical harness 12130319
