You would have to check piston to valve clearance, the lift with a 1.6 roller rocker will eb under .600" lift but how long its hanging down there will be an issue.
A Big thing that I dont see is cyl heads, and what rpm the power band is going to be, on stock bottom end I wouldnt spin it past 6k and expect it to last. Most solid rollers like the rpm and LT1's shut down before 7k.
Not saying you shouldnt do it, but there are alot of solid roller grinds out there that can suit your needs, dont get something just because its there.

It WILL not work neither physically or worth the effort if it would fit. #1 the cam face and bolt pattern is different and you can't use a LT1 or Cloyes 86-up on it. #2 Wheres he gonna bolt his opti since the alignment shaft cant go into the cam?

The way I read it, he was saying that it was a solid cam, not a solid roller. I don't think you can make a solid flat tappet lifter cam even work in a late model block. I thought that I read somewhere the oiling holes are located in different spots.
