Default rockers/pushrods/lifters- iron heads vs aluminum
are the lifters/rockers/pushrods the same between alum and iron heads? i need to find this out asap please. thanks

Stock for stock the same yes. If looking to upgrade stuff the pressed studs of the iron heads mean you either have some machining to do or need to stay with self aligning rockers.
