Baffled! Need help from the LT1 bretheren!

Baffled! Need help from the LT1 bretheren! Here is the deal, car is missing and loading up. The car will backfire and stutter a little. I brought it to 2 shops and had them run a diagnostic on it and no codes came up. I thought it might be plug wires but I have MSD super conducters with sleeves on them and they dont appear burnt. Also my voltage seems to drop when it starts to miss as well as the fans come on. The check engine light does not come on either. I just changed plugs to NGK TR6'S and changed out an o2 sensor as well. Car ran fine with this set up for a week. Oh, car is a 95 TA. Please help!

Mine did something simular when the O2 wires were burnt together and arching, but you woulda noticed that when changing one. but just somthing to look for on the other side maybe?? Mine also threw no codes, and no SES light either.
