obdi. if you want to scan only, have access to a laptop, there is some free scan software ... you would just need to buy a cable ... which runs about 60 bucks. if you want to datalog, you would have to buy the software + cable. if you don't have a laptop ... you can pick up a hypertech programmer (garbage imo), and scan codes, clear codes, and use it to program bullshit things, that are worthless, and ify.
