well i was a taco bell's drive thrue and i have to turn my car off because its to loud for them to take my order. so i turn it off and do my order and everything then i go to turn the key on and....nothing. i was thinking not again because i just had this problem and i changed my ignition module and it fixed it perfectly a few months ago. well anyways i get out and start pushing it through the drive throug and i decided to give it 2 more tries and then i finally got it to fire up well i took it back home and my ses light came on so i checked the code when i got home and it was p1133. which is heated oxygen sensor H025 insufficent switching bank 1 sensor 1. i dont thik a o2 sensor would make my car not have any ignition when i turn the key. All my lights were on until you turn the key and then everything would stop. Anyone have any opinion???

check battery connections, as well as starter connections

cheked them and it starts fine when it does start and my starter is not very old

That is an interesting oddity. I've had problems like that too, but it was my battery cable that got lose on me.
