ok guys please help!
i had my 94 lt1 a4 in the trans shop to get a leak fixed and trans flushed.. well the leak is both of the cooling lines on passenger size of the trans.. there both leaking but they dont leak until the car is at normal temp and driven.. then they leak fluid down onto my exhaust an it smokes like a mad man. well i cant get any kinda wrench or anything up there to take them off or tighten them.. is there a secret to it? wat do i use? how do i get them off!!

Raise the Car up..get something to support the Tranny to where you can lower/raise it, unbolt the Cross Member, lower it and tighten them Lines with a 1/2" Wrench.
I would bring it back to the Shop and tell them to fix it..they had to take them off to properly flush it.

Yeah it's a real PITA. Something you might try but I don't recommend.......... I used a 700r4 for a while and instead of buying hard line and fittings, I bought some of those short flared lines with the nuts already on them. I mean like 3" at the most. They were super easy to install, I just used a deep socket with a universal. Then I put hose on them and worked them into the system with hose clamps. However, I don't know what your exhaust is and on top of that, that still does not answer the question of getting a wrench on what you've got. I have done some tightening on mine in the car with the stubby wrenches. I also had the car on a lift so that helps some.

Just take all the crap out of the way and you'll reach it just fine. Whatever it is don't worry, you wanna know how to do it yourself? Well there's only one way to learn. JUST DO IT!!!!!
