Default H/C/I LT1 almost done, cast your predictions!

Alright, im about two weeks from this thing being completely done. My goal for this project was a 120 mph street car on a budget. Soooo about 2500 bucks later...

What do you think she can trap?

LE2 heads
Custom BRE camshaft (22x/23x - .6xx/.6xx - 10x LSA)
Ported intake
58mm TB
30 lb SVO injectors
dumped LTs
4.10s
spec 4 clutch
cai
tune
all the little crap
weight is about 100 lbs under stock after ive torn through it (even with my stereo system)

I hope i can see 120 from this. a 150 shot is going on in spring

120 on gas is no issue, how ever 120 on motor, hope that car is really light.

On motor, good driver, 115-117 would my guess. That's saying the rest of the car is in good shape.

On gas, easily 120+ with a decent driver.

I've looked for deals on everything and it came to right around 2500 bucks. I've been accumulating parts for quite a while

That's about what I'm thinking, I'll need to loose a little more weight to hit my 120 goal I think. My only criteria for the weight loss is that it still has most of the interior and it's safe. Other than that I'm ditching alot. Loosing the entire exhaust system lost alot of weight haha

Going to be hard without the juice and that small a cam to trap 120 IMO.
Should be close though.

Here's what a good driver, decent setup can do ON MOTOR...

http://media.putfile.com/paul1170at121-1

355 old le3 heads(same as the le2's now)
le3 cam
ported runners on the intake, not ported for the 58mmtb yet
58mm tb
jet hot long tubes, electric cutout, stock catback
pcmforless BASE TUNE
STOCK 200,000+ mile 10 bolt(so 3.42 gears)
~3400lbs
mt drag radials

That was his daily driver, easily had another 3mph in it with it dialed in and some gears!

wow Non ported for TB?! Makes me want to throw mine on! Everyone told me it'd be silly to just do that w/o porting. I have everything to just throw it on.

EDIT: Just watched the vid, that's nice. What cam is he running, is the question though.

Ya, the intake was ported for my car by LE and I was running a stock TB so he didn't port it for a 58mm, we put it on my buddies car and started running it, then I remembered it wasn't ported and he had a 58mm tb, and we checked and it wasn't matched up.

Don't count out the small cams...Mine is smaller than that, especially on the lifts and I'm pretty damn close to 120...Hopefully will be 120 by Friday...and I'm not light...Officially, Friday's raceweight is 3550...I know I'm a 383, but these motors love smaller duration and higher lifts, especially with LT1 ported heads...

It will take a good driver with a properly setup suspension but I ran 120mph on motor with an old CC306 in a 3,450-3,500lb car so it's possible.
