im not going to be a jerk and say do a search and give you zero information but here's the basics
they reduce friction and heat
give you slightly more lift at the valve (small increase in topend power)
its highly recommended to update the valve springs in the process
dont forget about the different in none self aligning and self aligning rockers none self aligning you would need guideplates and different pushrods
do a search and you'll be surprised how much you find
