Default Questions about New Interior Carpet

I am going to be buying some new carpet for my 95 Formula. The old carpet smelled bad, it and the headliner, so they both came out. Carpet also had some tears, was just generally in bad shape. Yes, the car is loud as hell on the inside now, as if it wasn't loud enough before.

I did a search, and didn't come up with much. My question is to those who have replaced their carpet.

Where did you get it from?

Were you happy with the quality?

Did you get sound deadening material with the carpet, or did you install your own beforehand?

Thanks to anyone with good information they can help me out with here.

How old is the carpet and how many miles are on it?

Headliner, brand new, has it been installed? Is it the fiber crap that Pontiac put in, or is it the new ABS stuff?

F-body carpet - http://f-bodycarpet.com/order/

I've never used them, but have always heard good things. Don't cheap out as you will not like the results.

I run that carpet in my car. While it isn't light, it is the single best carpet you can buy. It fits well and is thicker than anything on the market. Thicker than any stock manufacturer carpet and thick enough to stand a quarter up in.

I would completely recommend their product. It gives a much higher end look and feel to the car and kills a ton of sound.

I just sold floormats made out of the same carpet from that company and I bet the new buyer would recommend the product equally.

I got mine out of another F-body, so no issues.
