Hey hows it going I have just purchased a complete 96 lt1 out of a z28 as I was told but I am not sure. The engine has 46,000 miles on it. The car I want to swap this into is an 89 pontiac formula. Currently it has a stock lb9 under the hood with 26,000 miles on it all original the whole car is original as a matter of fact. I am having some problems with the motor and I want to know how hard it would be to swap and lt1 into my car, and if the t-5 would be able to withstand the power. Any feed back would be great thanks.
