Default What are you guys using for fuel pumps??

Just wondering what you guys are using for fuel pumps? stock replacements or walbros and what size.

Recently I put two pumps in a buddies TPI car he ordered a holley and it went bad (it said walbro right on the pump) then he ordered a bbk and it was made by walbro also..

Basically Im in need of a fuel pump because i have volume but low pressure and dont know what one to run, a link or a pm of what is a good ideal pump for me would be greatly appreciated

Austin

The Racetronix is a Walbro as are pretty much all the rest. The TRE is so cheap I have to wonder if it is a Chinese made Walbro knockoff.

I run a Racetronix too, with wiring upgrade.

I suggest you figure out what is wrong with the car that is killing pumps.

Yes the Racetronix kit uses a Walbro pump BUT it is not the kit every one buys when you say Walbro pump. The Racetronix kit is COMPLETE and makes the job at hand easy. The Walbro kit is a hack at best IMHO.

I have installed Dozens of both as well as some of the others

Electrical stuff is just like the engine. It has a flow of something going through it and the factory installed insufficient "feed" and "exhaust" on everything electrical too, not just the engine.
