Pacesetter headers and a y-pipe would be good idea. A single 3 inch cat back is still fine
at your power level and you wont need anything bigger unless you have blower or more
displacement. Nitrous will get you there but make sure you get as much info you can
before using power adders if you are new. 3.42 0r 3.73 gears are good idea but if you
have 3.42 then stick with them if fuel economy is a problem. Can you get away with not
runing cats on the car where you live? I live in florida and we dont do emissions testing anymore.

i live in orland park illinois and i was thinkin about dumps just cuz it looks nice and sounds better and i dont think i have to test for emissions cuz its 96 and up now so i probably could take off the cats how much power do u think that will give me back and what do u think about throttle bodies wast of money or no?

'96 and up for emissions - are you sure? Is this just for IL? If that is true I wish Texas would do the same as they are ***** here in Houston on emissions testing.

In my A4 I'm hoping for LOW 13s with a stall, 3.42s, cutout, tune, intake, DRs, if not then rockers and LTs and gunning for 12s.

I would say get a intake, full exhaust, shift kit, and new gears (3.73's if you have 2.73s) if you have 3.23s or above I would forget gears probably wouldnt see TOO MUCH of a difference but dont qoute me on that, so instead I would say a nice torque converter with some radials.

All that for under ~1500 (if you shop around) without installation costs

You would see time slashed in the 1320.

I have heard upwards of 10rwhp on dual cat f-bodys, plus you shed a few pounds.
As for TB I would say leave it stock for now until you get into bigger mods...heads/cam wont see a big change.
