Default t56 swap

I know there are a bunch of threads on this but im at work and don't have much time to search, and i also have no computer at home so anyway can someone send me a complete parts list of what you need to fully convert a a4 camaro to a six speed. I know you need the t56 but does it matter if its a lt1 or ls1 six speed? and then also all the other parts ill need. thanks everyone i appreciate it.

awesome thanks for the info guys, also on a write up on that page the guy lists three different places to get a complete conversion kit but they didn't work for me. Does anyone know of places that sell complete conversion kits including trans and all the other stuff needed to do the swap? I wanna do this swap within the next month or so and i really wanna start getting a plan on what to do.
