Question Simple header question

With the Eibach sportline kit can you run LT headers with out dragging too awful bad? And LTs add top end vs. mid length add low to mid power right ?

Thanks

My friend has Lt's w/ the sportline and he has to baby it over bumps and driveways because of his cut outs..and yes, LT's give you a little more top end vs mids. Mids will help you retain more low end torque and give you some extra mid to top end.

I run hooker long tubes , with the eibach pro kit , it does hang down pretty far but as long as you dont hit huge potholes or fly over speed bumps its fine.

A sportline kit sits about 1/2 inch lower than the Pro kit and you have a little more clearance than him. I would say that with the sportline kit you are better to stay away from LT's as you're gonna scrape on pretty much any bump or steep incline. Just my 2 cents.

Well thats what I thought thats why I think I am going to stick to some mid-length. I've already got the sportline kit and I like the way it rides and handles...don't know about track manners...but we shall find out soon enough. Thanks for ya'lls help.

mid-length headers are like pissing in the wind if you are going to do further mods! One option which is what I did, is to buy the kyb agx adjustable shocks! They drop the ride height about 3/4 of an inch and retains good clearance for lt's.

i have a pro kit and i scrape on odd angle driveways and stuff sometimes. if i dont go slow over speedbumps it will bang the cat. i think any headers with the sportline would be worse. im worried about clearance with the pro kit!
