A turbo car with AI 200cc ported GM heafds made justy over 1000 at the tires and ran over 150mph. Think you guys are way too quick to buy into "have to change everything factory" and throw rediculously large heads at everything.

That is great news. As I said I wanted to hear that an LT1 could hold the HP. I have had cap walk at ~650 RWHP on an LT1 and now added a main girdle. This thread tells me my 'goal' of 900 Flywheel and ~725 RWHP is not a dream with a stock LT1 block.

I worried the webbing on a stock block would give <1,000 hp. I know LT1 is alot stronger than old style, but wasn't sure how much.

My brother took a stock LT-1 intake and ported it to 58mm and cut out the center section for his AS&M Monoblade TB and then ran his TT to it...he's kicking a good 800 HP with that setup.
