The LT1 has a roller cam, roller cams do not have a break in requirement. Hydraulic cams require RPMs to be held ~>2500 for the first ~20 minutes, and not held at a steady RPM to help the cam stay oiled and prevent it from wearing a lobe.

Now after working on your motor and putting lube on lifters, it is a wise investment to change oil. This will get the cam lube in the filter and in the trash. I would probably do it lower mileage maybe 50 miles. What you want is the 'trash' and lube to get in oil and out of motor.

Hope that answers your question.

A couple heat cycles on the springs is about the only thing I would worry about, as far as a "break in".
