Le2 head and cam from lloyd elliot
Hey everyone just a quick question. Im thinking of getting my motor rebuilt soon and im looking at the le2 h/c combo lloyd elliot has. My question is can i just get the stock rebuilt and run the le2 combo. Im not very familiar with all the head and cam info so if anyone can help me out i would really appreciate it.

Yea the LE2 heads will work fine on a stock rebuilt motor. Pretty much any cam will work but its a matter of duration (the higher the duration the higher the rpm's) that the motor can handle. Discussing that with Lloyd will ensure you get the best cam for your personal setup. LE2 Heads with his 228/235 cam would make for a nice setup IMO.

ok thats awesome. I was a little worried about doing the h/c swap cause i didnt know if the stock rebuild would handle it. I saw a vid of a 95 lt1 camaro with the le2 head and cam package and through an auto it pushed 377 to the wheels on the dyno so im very excited to have this done to my car, and from a post i made a week or so ago it was nice to hear that my car will still be very streetable with this package cause it is my dd.

I have the LE2 kit on my stock bottom end Formula. Put down 403 RWHP through a 6 speed and 10 bolt w/ 4.10's. Hoping to run 11.80's on ET Streets in a few weeks and tap into the 10's on the 200 shot.

Im gonna go with either jet hots or kooks i think. If i cant get the cash then probably some pacesetters but i dont really wanna use those. Im gonna send my intake to lloyd also to get ported his website said its only 200 bucks so thats not bad at all.

If you are going to just use it as a daily driver I wouldn't waste the money. Put it towards headers. Have you checked out the LPP headers for sale on here? Awesome price! $525 shipped with the y-pipes. Those other brands you named are good but damn spendy! By the time you spend the $200 for the intake, shipping, and a bigger T.B you could have those LPP headers in your hand.
