Default Parts list for Header Installation

I have exhausted the search feature and haven't found what I am looking for so here it goes. I am going to be helping my brother install LT Headers on his stock '95 Formula. Both LT1 cars that I have had already had Headers installed so I'm not sure of everything that we are going to need. And I don't want to get half-way through the install and then realize that we forgot something and have to wait for it to be shipped to the house.

We have Off-road headers with a ORY. So we are going to be deleting the EGR. So I am assuming we need some block off plates. Anyone want to elaborate please?
Also can we just tune out 2 of the O2 sensors or do we have to have sims?

So this is my list so far:

Spark plugs
Spark plug wires (may as well change them while we are in there)
Header gaskets (any help with a brand or a good place to buy would be great)
O2 sensor wire extensions
Header bolts (locking? ARP?)

That is all I can think of. Any additional help would be very much appreciated.

I used the stage 8 locking header bolts, probably about the same price, but they are locking. I used the heat shielding material ( from the stock manifolds )and some rtv hi temp to seal the intake.
