well hopefully you didnt only hit 130 if this was in the car that you talk about in your sig with over 500hp. cause id think with 500hp you would be much much higher mph wise over a mile run.

Wow! Lets see, I had the Z up to 140 one night before I let off, but if I could reach red line @ 7000 rpm X .5 OD in 6th, figure a stock 24" diameter tire = a circumfrence of @ 75.3" / 3.43 X 7000 RPM at Redline x .5 OD /12" / 5280' X 60min = 291 MPH (that's 243 with 4.10s). Doubt I could get there in a mile, but I think my front fenders would peel off at about 180 and the drive shaft would probably fly apart around there as well. BTW, my math could be wrong, some one please correct me.

I've wanted to run the Texas Mile for a LONG time. I know I've gotten mine way into the triple digits... but that was from a roll of 70, and I stayed in it a LONG time... always wondered what it would do from a stop.
There are results on the texas mile website... but without knowing the modifications, it's hard to guess. But... just about everyone was faster than 130
