Default Spark Plug Brand and Gap?

Okay i have a MSD blaster coil, farely new OPTI , and the mods listed below and i wanted to change my plugs and wanted to know which brand to go with and also i know the stock Gap is .050. should it be gapped differently with my mods? mid length headers, full exhaust, intake.

Yep you should close that gap some...NGK TR55s is what most guys run (same here). Its a stock heat plug, do a search lots of info about them.

Ngk tr-55 gapped at .40ish!

I use NGK TR6's gapped at .035. Good for nitrous

I was running the TR55s in mine @ .050" for awhile, now i've installed some TR6s gapped @ .035", car runs great with both sets.
