Monster 3.5 how all aftermarket clutches should be.
Well, I got my car back from the shop with a new 3.5 monster and a build trans. Had to put in a new torque tube too, so I upgraded to a Z06. No FREAKING CHATTER! It's so nice to be able to shift again and not sound like the damn car is falling apart when driving by someone. I really can't imagine why people would not do the .5 clutches for an extra $100.
Shop that did the work commented how the friction material looked like it could hold a lot of HP. I told them more than I had
Thanks to Steve from SNL for building a great clutch. I have to put about 450 more break in miles on it then it's game on.

I'm glad I wandered into the Manual Trans. section tonight. I'll have to remember this thread. Perhaps by the time my LS7 clutch dies, I'll have more power and will need one of these!

i just ordered a stage 3 friday or so. I was gonna get the stage 3.5 but i was told if broken in properly i would have basically no chatter unless i'm trying to start from first with no throttle or something like that. I was pretty confident in what matt told me. He said if i install the clutch properly and break it in i wouldn't have any problems. I'm goin for it either way haha i just want to see if anyone begs to differ
