Default Clutch needs bled, or replaced?

I am talking with a guy that seams very honest and is selling a 2000 SS M6 (with salvaged tittle) for around $3000

Here is what he emailed me about the clutch

quote
"the clutch needs to be either bled or repaced and i can either do that of drop the price but it still runs and drives just when you hit the gas hard the clutch pedal gets weak but when you pump the pedal it gets pressure again"

Does that sound like it needs bled or replaced?

TIA, Zach

Just get him to drop price, and you fix it. Punching the gas will have NO affect on clutch pedal. sorry. Punch gas, revs go up, cars does not move, clutch is slipping.
OR:
If after repeated shifts, clutch pedal gets soft, than hydro problem.
