how much can i get for a t56 that needs 2 be rebuilt?

Why would you want one that needs a rebuild? Wouldn't you want to buy one ready to run?

I imagine that the price of a core+ rebuilding it would cost.....?

Not if you could find one this cheap.

Sometimes, knowing what is worn in a unit and being able to repair it yourself so that you know it's fixed properly beats trusting someone's word on the condition of it.

Cores that are known to need rebuilding are not commonly found; hence the core price being applicable but not easy to find.
