trans grinding
its a 99 camaro z28 and i have a tick master cylinder in my car.if i clutch in and shift and dont release the clutch right away it will grind it doesnt matter whether im downshifting or upshifting. i know it does it in 1st 2nd and 3rd i havent tried any other gears. i dont think it makes any noise if i just push in the clutch while leaving the car in neutral if that matters.
do you think its a slave cylinder or something internal?
thanks

yea most peoples on here with recomment regular cheapo dex/mer. I would step up on mobil 1 atf or redline d4 or amsoil torque drive. My pick is mobil 1 atf, I try alot other include syncromesh, until mobil 1 in, it run good, but be caution mobil 1 atf have strong smell, you will smell it in your car for a month or so.

Just went through the same thing. Best thing to do right now is save some money for a brand new Clutch/transmission rebuild/slave cylinder. Grind is a grind. It will only get worse.
