i have a twin disk Mcleod the pricey one. lol.

i can get the imput on the first clutch and cant get it on the second. i have used the alignment tool and have the clutches aligned. but still wont work.

any ideas.

oh and i have it all aligned the best i can

i have done a few of these and they go right in. this one sucks.

Are you using the cheapo plastic alignment tool ? I had to end-up using an old/broken input shaft to align my McLeod twin. I know they sell metal alignment tools too, but they're sometimes hard to find locally.

yes the plastic one.

a local guy told me to take bell hosuing off. use end of trany to align it. then put ti back. just needed to here you say that. now i am game. lol.
