Default help with bad clutch work

I had noise when clutch engaged. A local shop said they replaced the "clutch pack". Now the pedal feels awful--it engages super quick, about an inch from the floor and you have to press all the way against the floor to get it to shift. Is there anything to do? It feels weak and completely different than before.

Thanks.

It needs to be bled properly. GM slaves are a pain to get all the air out of. Get a helper or a power bleeder like a mity vac or similar. Personally I didn't have much luck with the power bleeder but that is how most do it.
