i was just wondering about this clutch. there is a guy selling this local for 300 bucks brand new in the box
this is the info he sent me...

F1 RACING® Dual-Friction clutch kit comes with a full facing on the flywheel side for drivability and longevity, while a copper ceramic composite puck style (segmented) facing is used on the pressure plate side for a positive engagement and increased holding-capacity. Dual Friction is engineered for those who are looking for the ultimate in street/strip holding power and performance without sacrificing pedal effort and driver control. While the Dual Friction has been engineered primarily as a street clutch it can be used in mild competition applications. F1 RACING® specifically designed high torque disc delivers maximum holding capacity without compromise. The sprung retainer assembly boasts heat treated 6 dual springs and severe duty retainer rivets, ensuring power and reliability. The F1 Racing pressure plate features special single diaphragm design to increase clamp load. It features induction hardened diaphragm, CNC machined castings, stronger drive straps and rivets. F1 Racing pressure plate provides smooth and precise feel with easy modulation. All F1 Racing pressure plate is load tested on a special testing tool for quality assurance.

F1 RACING® Dual Friction clutch kit includes:
F1 Racing Heavy-Duty Pressure Plate
F1 Racing Dual Friction Clutch Disc (11", 26 spline)
Heavy-Duty Throw-out Bearing
Pilot Bearing
Alignment Tool
Installation Guide

Horsepower Rating: 535 HP / Torque Capacity: 530 ft/lbs

F1 Racing Lightweight Chromoly Flywheels are made from 4140 one-piece billet chromoly steel. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance the air flow to improve the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are milled onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel which has the possibility of separating from the flywheel. All F1 Racing Chromoly flywheels have passed engineering tests to 12,000 rpm.
Ultra heavy-duty and weighs only 15.45 lbs (stock flywheel weighs 24 lbs)
Meets or exceeds SFI 1.1 certification
Made from 4140 forged chromoly steel (2X stronger than billet steel)
F1 Racing Lightweight Chromoly flywheels incorporate special design features to enhance the airflow for improved clutch cooling
F1 Racing Lightweight Chromoly flywheels work with every clutch including Exedy, ACT, Fidanza, Clutchmasters, and other OEM clutch kits
CAD designed, CNC machined and computer balanced

what do yall think? anything will help!
thanks

...I'm thinking it's Chinese or Korean import junk.

Monster, ACT, Diamond...lots to choose from with proven reputations and all made here in the US.

Its a ebay brand. They pretty much use the same product description on the civic and LS1 clutch.

I dont know if id waste the money unless you just need to get the car on the road and dont have much for mods.

From experience I recomend the LS7 kit/with ram flywheel for someone with mild mods on a street car. Good bang for the buck and awsome driveability.

SDPC has the deal, complete package down to the bolts. Get the lighter Ram flywheel as the other guy mentioned, the stocker is very heavy and I didn't enjoy mine.
