Unhappy bleeding clutch....i think im screwed

OK here are the details i have a hole in my floor pan for bleeding the clutch.

I was bleeding it, opening and closing the bleeder. and then the last time i went to do it i couldnt get the bleeder to tighten back up. it will just endlessly turn and never get tight. Did i over tighten it and break something?

where to i go from here?? please help.

Damn that sucks....I figure the only thing to do next is to pull the tranny out and get a new slave.

If you are pulling your tranny out, you might as well get a new slave. It's held by two screws and it comes with the valve. I wouldn't reuse a slave and just replace the valve...to be honest I don' think you can just replace that.

About the master, you can replace that if you want. Most people recommend to replace it when you replace the slave...thats just up to you. You don't have to pull the tranny off to swap the master so it can wait if you can't do it right now.

Oh and you should try a mighty vac......I don't like messing with the valve my self. It's a PITA. I know most people use this method to bleed but you wouldn't wanna strip the next valve again and have to take the tranny out again...lol!
