Master-shift electronic bump shifter?
has anyone have experience with the MASTER-SHIFT ELECTRONIC BUMP SHIFTER its a sequential shifter for t56-t5 manuals? http://mastershift.com/products_street_manual.html
is it a good investment, how well does it work, and anything else i should know?

Looks like the part that bolts to the trans is 500 and the shifter is 500. I wonder if the bump shifter is also electronic but instead of paddles it uses the stick? I'd rather have the shifter personally but paddles in my caddy would be cool too.

Yeah you have to have the clutch because its not an actual dog box. You are just shifting a manual transmission with electric motors and cables. You still need the clutch which would take some getting used to. Getting the shift timing down and when you can release the clutch would take some getting used to as well because you have no mechanical feel of the trans anymore.
