How fast on stock shafts and gears?
when did you start breaking stuff? Not really looking for the fat 3700pounds big power 800+whp cars with tall gears that run 11's.
Lighter track setup guy, I know alot of cars running low 10's But can't think of any running 9's? H/C type 5-600whp guys, when did you start breaking or found a twisting input or output shaft. And did you have to put a oil pump on for 1st gear tearing up ect. 1135-14x traps cutting low 1.3s be ok?

I've got customers running 9's with basically stock internals and no pump. I've got customers making over 1000 fwhp in street cars with the same thing but I don't recommend it.
In a 10 second car, you should be fine with stock shafts and gears providing your clutch is working properly. I would also suggest doing a pump system on it or at the very least run a super high quality fluid in it. Synergen makes some good stuff. I usually suggest 2 quarts of it and topped off with a full synthetic syncromesh type fluid.
In cars running 11's and slower, you won't need a pump. Just make sure the clutch is working good. In any performance type application, I always push for the simple things like billet shift keys, bronze fork pads, upgraded 3-4 shift fork and bronze isolator cup.
