Default clutches made simple?

I'm ready to purchase clutch for my LS project. Started reasearching and got lost real quick. I'm doing 5.3 all alum out of 04 Trail Blazer into a Vega with a T5 from 97 Z 28.
all stock engine. I just need a nice solid set up that will handle a little street beating. Vega is light weight, so good stock should be fine. I'm Running Monza bellhousing with cable type set up for activation.
I see all this LS7 clutch, but different flywheel talk. I already have what i was told to be a F body Flywheel. whats the difference in Ls flywheels and how do I identify them?
Basically what i'm asking is.
can someone tell me where I can find all this info? What flywheel?, what plate?, what disc? will work with this 5.3/T5 combo?
I know about the Pilot bearing thing, but will need to know throw out bearing as well, since i'm staying old school with that.
Thanks in advance for your help
Darrell
