Default General manual transmission Question

Ive got a 90 toyota sr5 as my DD. I noticed my truck wouldn't go into 1st very easily, then a few minutes later it won't go into gear. Got it to into reverse, but then the truck wouldn't start. I used the clutch start button some toyotas have and it started but the truck was wanting to move backwards with the clutch in. What do you guys think? Does it need a new clutch or does it seem like something else? Could the clutch be ok and the trans needs fluid?

If it's moving with the clutch engaged, the clutch is not fully released. I'm assuming it's a hydraulic throwout, try bleeding it.

Sounds like a clutch hydraulic issue.
