Default Removing ls1 from an m6 Trans Am

I have searched and searched and haven't found exactly what I need. I am planning on pulling the engine out tonight from the top, engine only, leaving trans in. As far as i can figure i just need to disconnect the line from the slave cylinder then take out the bellhousing bolts, slide the engine forward to clear the input shaft then pull it out. Are there any steps I am missing? I read the t56 removal guide thing and it sounds like all I would need to do but that was written for taking the trans out, not the engine. Probably a stupid question but I figured better safe than sorry.

Thanks!
