Default Help me figure out noise from under the car *Video

i've been having issue with my transmission/clutch lately, couldn't shift to 3rd/4th when i was racing (was fine under normal driving condition) and the clutch pedal was stiff and i had to pump it to get the it back to work.

couple days ago i noticed that there's a noise coming from under the car here's the video of it

http://youtu.be/PwLLwaUkaJs

it fluctuates with RPM, but you can hear it clear when it's in neutral and when it rev down, noise does not go away if i depress the clutch or the car in gear.

i'd like to hear what do you guys think is wrong with her before i take her to my mechanic.

there are three things on my mind that might be faulty there but i need more input from more experienced members: pilot bearings, input shaft, input/output bearings. i really hope it's not the transmission that going out, i hope it's more of a clutch issue. oh and by the way the car has ls7 clutch with what it seems to be stock everything else.
