Default Clutch advice needed.

So, I bought an LS2/3/7 flywheel for my iron 2005 6.0 build. Got a deal on an LS1 T56 with an LS1 Monster clutch. My question is should I try to machine the raised mounting points down, buy the right clutch for my flywheel, or buy the right flywheel and figure out if I need a shim? I'm kinda running low on funds right now and don't really want to spend tons on fixing this issue. So, I'm really looking for which one of these options would be the best bang for my buck?

Personally, I would get the flywheel to go with the clutch. Monster clutches aren't supposed to need a shim, but better safe than sorry.

I didn't mean that shim. The flywheels/crank flanges have different heights after a certain year i believe.

If your 6.0 is a 2005 then everything you have will work together as is. Only early 6.0's ('99 and '00) had the longer crank flange that would cause you problems.

Sweet! I'll have to just get the correct flywheel because of the stepped LS2/3/7 mounting flange that I have.
