SPEC III...Toast or not?
I have had my clutch in for exactly 3 weeks today. At the time it started giving me trouble I had 750 miles on it. I was at the track and went to do a burnout, had the line lock set, tached it up and let off the clutch, no burnout. Just a bunch of sparks underneath the car. When it was first installed, I could put it in gear and let off the clutch and it would start pulling as soon as I lifted my foot. Now it doesn't engage until my foot is almost completely off of it. Is this something that can be fixed/adjusted? I mean it still pulls, and doesn't "slip" out of gear, I just need to know if there is any hope before I go and order another clutch.
Thanks for your help.

My spec engaged half way up/more towards the top.. we did shim it. Most I've heard have problems when it releases right off the floor mainly problems with it never fully disengaging and slowly burning the hell out of the clutch. Might pull it apart and check it.. but i would shim it.
did you resurface the flywheel or buy a new?
