Question New Clutch slipping

I know this is the wrong forum but you guys know what you are talking about. I just got a stock clutch put in my stock civic yesterday and am abiding by breakin. Is it normal for a new clutch to slip before 500 miles are up. Just so you dont tell me to get somewhere with my rice. I am getting it fixed so I can by a LS1. Honda have no power and no torque.

Yes, i did replace the old clutch because it was slipping. But i am sure it was the clutch, it had 75,000 miles on it and it would stink like burning clutch.
