Default Transmisson...?

Going down Hwy K earlier, I put it in 3rd and it popped out. (It does this once every day or two. syncho is done for, it pulls out way to easy) It came out while I was letting out the clutch. Big grind. Go to put in again and it wont go in, wont go in any gear. Pull into a plaza, still wont go in any gear. Turn it off, shifts fine. Turn it back on, goes in with alot of effort. Wait a few minutes, and its back to normal. Drove it home like a normally do and it was fine.

What happened? Should I start saving my pennies?

Be careful, it might just leave you stranded. Go ahead and get it rebuilt now. Mine did the same thing and I barely got it home.

Any other opinions? Previous owner said he changed the tranny oil 10,000ish miles ago, so Im looking at a synchro or bent fork?
