Default spec 3???? maybe

I am planning on running about 450 rwhp-n/a, up to 650 on spray.

I wont be hooking up nitrous for awhile but I would like to know what clutch I should go with that will grab hard. Full weight car looking for low 60 ft. I have a spec stage 2 from before my head/cam set-up. Is a spec 3 or 4 worth it. I don't really have alot of money so I don't want to take the risk of breaking something, but I also can't afford top-line product.

HELP ME PLZZZ (these z's remind me of me at the tree...LOL that ryhmes)

I drive my car every day so I dont think a stage 5 would be very friendly...correct me if I am wrong though
