Default Hole in the Bell Housing!

I've had some funny noises coming from the clutch area whenever I nail the brakes. Kind of a dragging/scraping noise. Otherwise the car is running great. I had a Centerforce DFX clutch installed about 1000 miles ago. I crawled under the car today to see if maybe the driveshaft was hitting somewhere. Turns out I have about a 2" by 1" hole in the bell housing right next to the starter. I can't imagine that one of those dinky weights from the CF pressure plate could cause that? Maybe one of the clutch bolts came out and was thrown through the bell housing. I'm taking the car in next week after I get the new bell housing in.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Yes, I'm going to take it in tomorrow. We'll take a look at it and depending on what we see, I may park it until I get new parts. But at least I'll be able to tell what I'll need other than a new bell housing.

Question

Are all the pressure-plate bolts/nuts accounted for?
