whats stock doesn't always suck
I like my hurst **** cause it matches the leather and it reminds you that your shifting with a hurst. I don't quite know what "t style" **** you're thinking of, but the hurst has a nice ergonomic design, it's easy to grip for fast shifting. Id stick with the hurst ****, it's leather wrapped and looks nice in a t/a. imo
also glad to see you swapped out an a4 for an m6- worth modding it a lot more than auto

I have the whole T-Handle set-up in my car (chrome hurst handle and brushed aluminum ****). I like the look, gives the car a little link to the past, and its easy to grab for hard shifting. The only downside is when the temperature is hot or cold. The shifter **** gets very hot in summer and is freezing cold in winter. I actually bought another **** to put on in winter because it was too cold.

They look cool and definitely a link to the past. I would hesitate to use one only because the 2-3 shift would be/feel real funky, I think. The 1-2 and 3-4 shifts probably could not be better than using a T handle.
