rust on clutch reusable?

Default rust on clutch reusable?

i have a clutch i took off and i wanted to reuse it but it got left outside and now theres rust on it. can i jus scrape the rust off with something?? what do i use to get the rust off.

sand blast it or scotch brite pad maybe.

depends how long its been out there. the fingers may be in bad condition due to the moisture and water.
