I've heard of lots of issues with those adjustable master cylinders. Many people have said they use the stock hydraulics from GM and they have no issues. Are you boiling the clutch fluid? I ask because you have LT's, make sure your line is wrapped good with heater hose and some heat tape.

But are you boiling the fluid? I've always thought when I heard of some of the aftermarket clutches requiring that you use "their" adjustable master is some bad engineering as the stock hydraulics seem to work fine especially after the drill mod is done. Maybe your tranny is low on fluid?

I hate to say it as well but I have heard nothing good of any of the adjustable masters, ram or mcloed most end up switching back to stock. At this point I would try a gm master if you confident the system is bleed properly.

I would suspect either a messed up master or a screwed up tranny.

Nothing is wrong with adjustable masters, mine works just fine.

when the car is off it shifts into the gears perfectly and the trans is full and has clean fluid.

Put a spacer behind the slave cylinder... and 1/8" spacer cured my headache... and I was in the same boat before that.

It seemed illogical that it did fix ALL my problems... but for whatever reason it did. I won't argue with what worked. After very thorough research that was my choice at that moment, and I haven't looked back. The clutch has been as solid as a cable clutch ever since (except normal wear).

I've heard bad things about adjustable masters and big price tags to go with them.
