Yet another clutch problem.
got a problem. i replaced everything about a month ago. all ram: clutch flywheel, master, slave, drill mod and every time i beat on it its hard to shift. ill run though the gears and then try to shift normal and it wont go in. let it sit for a bit and it will work. ive taken it to 2 different shops, bleed it every way possible and i cant figure it out. im getting so pissed and thinkin about selling the car. i even called rams tech line and the guys said " i dont have an answer for u"?!?!?! i spent how much $ with them and they cant even point me in a direction. any1 have an idea. i was told by 2 shops its prob a defect part but where would i start... NEED HELP! thanks.

its weird how many people are having about teh same problem....and they all change parts with new ones and still haev problems!!! we need to join a club...one person try one thing one day and one the next untill someone figures it out...LOL>..all i know is i am getting pissed!!! trans out 7 times in 4 months!!!!

I've heard of lots of issues with those adjustable master cylinders. Many people have said they use the stock hydraulics from GM and they have no issues. Are you boiling the clutch fluid? I ask because you have LT's, make sure your line is wrapped good with heater hose and some heat tape.

But are you boiling the fluid? I've always thought when I heard of some of the aftermarket clutches requiring that you use "their" adjustable master is some bad engineering as the stock hydraulics seem to work fine especially after the drill mod is done. Maybe your tranny is low on fluid?

i wouldnt think that would change anything... if it disengauges fine under norm driveing then doesnt... i called ram today and there gunna send me a new master and start there and see what happends.

I've heard bad things about adjustable masters and big price tags to go with them.
