can I buy this seal for the clutch master cylinder line

Can this be bought seperate from the master cylinder? My friend lost his and the dealer is no help.

I know they use those on different applications.
Ford uses those on their master's. maybe you can get one from them?
I've never seen a source for those individual though.......

Since you've got nothing to loose, you might try a regular O ring.
