Default clutch slips at random times

lately my clutch will slip after i launch and i am above 5k it seems like once i hit 5k im just free revvin....it will not do this in 1st only 2nd and 3rd. and it will not do it all the time, and does not matter if the car/clutch is hot or cold

After it does this i can put the car in the next gear and it will be fine. I think its my pressure plate not being able to hold the power.

my setup it
stock resurfaced flywheel
unsprung disk with brass pucks
stock pressure plate
shim behind the slave
drill mod

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

when mine started doing that, it had blue glazing and heat marks all over the flywheel. Couldn't hold stock power in 1st 2nd and eventually 3rd. Replaced with LS7 clutch, now tires don't hold with my current mods. The difference is that if the tires aren't holding, you go squirrely all over the place.

Mine was doing that. Pulled the tranny out tonight and found the slave cylinder was puking fluid out and onto the clutch surface. (Textrailia Z-Grip on the way).
