just recently i have noticed my clutch pedal doesnt want to come back up so easy.. it only does it after i run it hard and shift quick... the clutch doesnt slip any... could it be slave/master cylinders going out?? what about low fluid?? air somehow in there?

most likely hydraulics, check the fluid and check the color! do a complete flush of the old fluid! if you have the problem again do the drill mod!

Yea I did the drill mod and it saved me... my pedal wasnt even coming back all the way
